Probably. It's almost impossible to have a shutter speed that is slow enough to get the effect on the waterfall and yet have the foreground subject (being PC here ) to be that perky - oops, I meant sharp.

That said, if anyone can supply a subject, I can handle the photography... at no cost even

 

people lets just enjoy the picture not rip it apart ok
