Default Home Brewing

Who's the guy up here who posts in metro every once in while?

I chatted with you about home brewing over the summer and got a kit from my dad the Christmas, just had some questions.

You seemed to really know your stuff!

"Secrets" don't really exist. Too many variants that even with one of my recipes and instruction, it would taste different unless I harvested some of my yeast for them and gave them the same water, and even then there's a chance it wouldn't be the same

The joys of brewing, and one of the challenges!
