actually that's very cheap - if they can swap your top and "upgrade" the frame so that you can use a glass window for $500.00 you should jump on it!!!

BUT

i would be willing to bet they would not put a >01 top (glass) on an <=01.. and i would worried that they would get 1/2 though and say that you bought the wrong top..

no way.. have they ever (Majestic Honda ) done this before ie swapped to a glass window from a plastic window.. they wouldn't know how to write it up..

BUT Scott and Bill can!!

Sorry to hear about the top I don't think Majestic does the softtop installs there but i could be wrong. I was going to replace my rear plastic window due to visibility issues with them and they told me they have a place that they subcontract out in Coventry. I know they replaced the owners softtop on his S (it's the red one that's usually parked out by service) and it came out like it just rolled of the assembly line. I can't remember the name but i know where it is so if you wan't i can drive by it tommorrow as i will be in that area and let you know might be able to get it done cheaper by cutting out the misddle man. Or you could look at this as a reason to get yourself a hardtop
