Have you seen the latex mattresses on Ebay? Once you know the combo of latex and memory foam you want, there are a few sellers on Ebay who blow away Temperpedic prices, FYI

 

tempurpedics are very warm especially in the summer and witjhout central air you may find it uncomfortable. Try the select comfort, it's not cheap either but I love sleeping on mine!
