Defrost, coat with mayo and throw on any other seasoning you like. then put it on the grill. It will taste better than the one we did at my house that was Mayo-free.

lainey there must be some fish docks in new bedford or fairhaven.
go down to the shops at the docks.

Of course there are and sometimes I get free fish, but Rick hates it when I hang around the docks at night hoping for a "freebie."

I did buy the fish at Shaw's. It was fresh, but we didn't eat it right away so I froze it. We ate it later in the week and it was tasty.
