[B]After three weeks of hard work and a few minor issues my S2000 started up last night and idled with the big injectors!!!!

Here is what has been going on:

The supercharger was taken out for maintenance(new bearing and seals) and the stock Vortech 5" pulley(8 psi) was replaced with a 4.5" pulley(11.5 psi).

VAFC was removed.

ECU harness with GReddy e-manage and O2 simulator from Lake Effect Performance was installed.

Cable from e-manage pressure sensor input to wideband O2 sensor was custom created.

750cc injectors and resistor pack from Ultimate Racing installed.

Vortech FMU was removed.

GReddy e-manage was installed behind drivers seat and pre configured.

Software for Vortech split second timing box was obtained. Laptop connection

Stage 3 is a sprung disc clutch with carbon/kevlar friction material (110% holding capacity over stock)

Stage 4 is a sprung puck clutch with ceramic friction material (170% holding capacity over stock)

They are both the same price ($1000)

I would suggest the Stage 3 for a stock Vortech/Comptech supercharger kit or low power(~300/6psi) turbo kit.

Anything more than that, or for heavy road track or drag strip racing go with the Stage 4.

Even though the Stage 4 is a puck clutch it DOES not feel like one or have chatter because it is sprung and they use their "Hi-Leverage

Roger that on the ride. As for the clutchmaster being better, what sold me on them, is that the clutch isn't any harder to use/modulate than stock. And the sprung part of the sprung 4 puck clutch. I KNEW I didn't want a straight puck and I knew I didn't want a clutch that was really hard to push and hurt my leg in traffic. I also experienced the CM Stage 4 at Evolution when I went there for the Vortech install.
