I got pulled over yesterday in the BMW immediately after I pulled out of the gas station for having an expired registration. Since I didn't have my insurance card on me as well, the BMW got towed.

Best part, on the race section on the citation it says "H"

so I say to everyone... "Que pasa!!!"

according to the citation it's "criminal citation" doesn't say anything about moving vs. not moving.

Scott will tell ya - had one of us white guys been pulled over for an expired registration, The Officer would have asked us to wait while they go registry and renew our registration heck they even place the sticker on the plate for us

the tow company has one hell of a racket going on. they charge 20 bucks a day but consider every calendar day as a day. so yesterday was one day and today is another day. TWO DAYS!!!

 

That happened to me right after I graduated law school. the impounded the car, and everything. I guess I was hispanic back then.
