Default Ive Decided

So, I sold my S about 2 years ago. for the first year I didn't miss it much if at all. but lately I just hate driving in the car. Driving a Toyota Tundra or a Honda CRV doesn't make road trips or Sunday drives much fun at all.

I fully enjoy going out on the boat and I don't regret buying. But I definitely miss owning the S2k. Not sure if I can swing buying one at the current moment unless I sell the boat.

Come late summer I may decide to sell the boat (depending on how the summer goes) or since the truck will be paid off find a nice used GPW AP1 S2000 for under 15000 with low mileage. There is currently the perfect one on the main for sale forum in Florida for 14.5, great price. hopefully i can find something similar pre-winter.

I have also toyed with the idea of a series lotus Elis or a E46 M3 something in the under 20k price range. but that may be hard to do and the cost of ownership and unwanted attention isn't really something I look forward to.

Anywho. I said I may be back. ha

You should come back.

I'm in the market for another S as well. I decided I would try to locate a low mileage replacement for my current S. I haven't really noticed a huge increase of cars for sale say in spring or late fall. I'm wondering if that's a myth.

I didn't think it's the actual number of cars for sale increase but more of a price increase.

AP2 ftw, teehee

They almost always come back. Hope you find the S you are looking for! You too, Kenta!

If I hear of anything, I'll let you guys know.

We're planning our second road trip of the season in the S for late July! Can't wait.

I suppose I should update this.

I picked this up sometime in June. (2013)

Its a 2006 Bone Stoke GPW with 35k now 37k miles on it.

A few wheels had minor curb rash and a few scrapes on the bottom of the front bumper, but showroom condition everywhere else.

The wife and I have been sharing custody of this one, which has been going ok for the time being.

The stock radio sucks. (obviously) need to update that.

Maybe someday. At least I stayed true to Honda! That GPW looks sweet.

We always tell people not to sell their S2000. Glad you are back on the road with one.
