Kindle VS I Pad
I have seen kindle in action. Pretty cool.
I would use it for downloading newspapers, books and stuff. It is convenient. I don't have to stuff my bag with books and I can switch between different books anytime, any place. Depends on my mood.
It always remember the last page I read. One less thing to remember, so it is perfect for me.
Especially on the T, it will make my ride much more productive. No need to carry bulky laptop.
What do you think?

I was *assuming* that it might work similar to music on any iPod device, as long as you can get it into iTunes, iTunes doesn't care where it came from and will sync it to the device as long as it's in the correct format. This works for Movies, TV Shows and music now. I don't see why this wouldn't extend to ebooks as well.
there was a story on NPR last week that mentioned you could only buy the books through apple stores

I have thought of getting a kindle. But I despise the idea of having another gadget to lug around. I like the idea of it being all in one on my iphone. The only draw toward the kindle for me is the e-ink stuff for the eyes.
How much is the average e-book going for in relation to what it costs to buy a paperback?
