Glad to see you and Rick (and even the car itself) are OK. Hydroplane is scary because anything could've happened. This is just about the best case scenario. Someone from above is looking out for you.

I think so too,Ben. It's ironic that we stopped in a historic church while on vacation and I lit a candle in memory of my Dad. I think that candle really paid off.

Lainey, remind me to show you the secret handshake of the "I got bit by the S2000 Club". Your welcome packet and decoder ring are in the mail. You can use your club membership card for discounts at local businesses. I used mine to buy a helmet and a new front end

What a scary adventure...glad you're both as ok as could be. The car doesn't even look that bad.
The upside...youy get to shop for a way cool aftermarket bumper with built in aero details.

Thanks guys! Rick wants me to be an instructor on "where to land when hydroplaning your vehicle." Nice soft grassy landing. Minimal damage.

Glad to hear you are both OK Lainey. I've run mine off the road a few times, both times costing a front lip and some bumper damage

I was in a spin out situation before a few years back. Like you said, it is only a car.

Sorry to see these pictures, but we are glad you guys are ok!

Glad all is well, and for every owner never underestimate on rear tires. Remember the insides typically wear more the the outs.
