Default Legal Question

Hi there

I had a pair of racing seats for sale on craigs list and i just got an email lastnight from someone asking to buy them. They informed that their step dad will be picking them up tonight from my place. I want some kind of record showing that they were sold and what not in case for some odd reason i get screwed ova. I wrote up a agreement form and would just like someone to read it ova and let me know what you think.

I uploaded it to my website. can check it out here:

Thanks a bunch in advance

maybe i'm missing something BUT wtf do you care as long as you get CASH - it's not like you are selling a car

edit if you came at me with that "contract" when i wanted to buy some car parts off you - i'd kick you in the nutz, toss the money at you when you're bent over holding your shattered nutz and take my new seats

Seriously though way too much involved for selling car parts..

How do you envision being screwed over? They come with the cash amount of your asking price. You give them the seats, then you go to the strip club
