Default Let the interior mods begin

I really liked the way the '06 black/red interior looked on the Honda website. It shows the red going all the way up to the headrest. I was disappointed when I saw that the headrest and the area just below it were actually black in the '06 model. So I decided to fix that. My hot rod friends recommended a good upholsterer and we're scheduled for next Thursday. The upholsterer suggested that I personalize it by having the S2000 logo embroidered in the new red leather. I found an embroiderer that could scan a JPEG image (thanks Steve Bass) of the logo and use something called a "fill stitch" (that won't unravel) to embroider the material.

I hope to have it done for the Mohawk trail ride. Will you be there Mikey?

I don't think I'm going to be there. Are you coming to my detailing class?

My wife and I are meeting some old friends in Maine that weekend. She happened to have that Friday off so we took advantage of it. I hope to be able to attend if you do this again. I am very impressed with the manual that you put together for the Nor'Easter. I've downloaded it at refer to it often.

Seriously, who would want to go to Maine with their wife when they could learn to properly detail their car???

I see in the age old battle of wife vs. car that the wife has won. I hope at least when it comes to wife vs. sports that sports win out.
