IMO i don't know if it would be a good idea to buy a used diff ty. you may run into another prob. i would have what ever diff you get taken apart and checked.

 

Yea but I cant swing the extra money right now for a new one so im going to have to take my chances.

 

s2k11 i think you should get the one from new york for $750 it is nearly impossible to find a rear diff these days with everyone braking them. i googled and found another one. i got my extra one for $1000 last year just because everyone was blowing them up. i want to get the inlinepro 300zx conversion so i might be selling my 2 rear diffs.
