Sorry to hear you may have to sell her. Why not just get yourself into a USED S with low miles ? Save yourself some dough there, then add your mods you had on the 04

I was actually considering doing the opposite...
Upgrading to a used low-mileage 04. I cant find a Red 04 yet in this area though
