*This is just to see if there is interest*

I'm trying to buy a house and my car payment is really holding me back from buying one so it might be time to let her go so I can get a house, I really dont want to but you gotta do what you gotta do.....

Would anyone be interested in buying so I dont need to trade it in? lol

Here is my 2 cents

houses are nice, and this is a great time to buy one (market at a super low) not sure the market will get much cheaper (hopefully)

buying a house when young is probably a good move although i am starting to wonder. I bought a house 2 years ago and I was being told the market was low and now was the time to buy, well I have busted my azz getting the place in nice living order spending all my spare money on the house and all i have is a house that is barely worth what i paid for it (value has dropped 20% in 2 years)

long story short, an 875$ car payment is fuggin nuts. So you should sell it and buy a house and a pick-up truck (homeowner must)

dont settle for a house you will not be happy with though. aka one without a garage (my biggest mistake)

I think he's paying $875 for rent, not for the car.

Yeah that is my one regret, not getting a garage.

Buying a house is never a bad move! The market has peaks and
valleys just like any other investment. Paying money towards something
you will own is ALWAYS better than handing it to a landlord and after
10 years of living somewhere, you own nothing.

Unless you are planning on flipping houses, don't worry about the value
right now, fix it up because you want it to be nice for you! Things will
eventually turn around.

The problem with that is no matter whether it's a buyers or a sellers
market, you have to buy something else after you sell what you have
so you either sell low and buy low or sell high and buy high.

I'm looking at foreclosures, My step-father is a contractor so me and him are going to do all the work to "fit it up"
