Damn the rain. I will say forget about the drive and let's have a impromtu homewarming party at my place.
My garage has an industrial ventilation fan. All I need is a grill. Steve, bring yours then we are in business.
I hate to see Saturaday going to waste like that!
Saturaday.....all I have to do is drop off my car in J&K auto like 9:00am..if Moses is coming, maybe I can get a lift from him.....

Weather still didn't change. Rain showers in the morning then thundershowers in the afternoon. High 61F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%.
Please Indicate if you can still make it on the 21st of May. Thanks.
I look outside and I just can't believe the weather, sooo nice out. At least I drove my newly ZAINO'd S to work today. I guess this weekend I'll be stuck in my garage detailing the under carriage! :sooboored:

ahhhh postponed?!?! well, the girl said she'd go with me!!!! WOO HOO!! now I have to tell her its next weekend. With June meeting coming up, we may not be able to make it! DAMN!!!

Can't do the 21st - I'll be driving the dragon. After that we're into full time dyno season so I think I'll just go drive the trail myself. Someone else will need to bring the chicken that I signed up for.

Just kidding!!!! My actual concern was neither car dirty nor other drivers and tires. More I have other things I would rather be doing if it was a rainy day out than drive 2 hours to drive in the rain.

Though Steve is correct wet weather/sand still on roads and a group drive isn't a good thing. My tires just got put on so they are fresh with tread but still.

We don't mind getting the "S" wet, but it was under cover the entire winter.
Rick's not as bad as some about the car, but I have to tell you we went to the car wash TWICE while on the Vintage Spring Fling trip, and we only spent two nights there!
