Default Need an alignment before this weekends autocross

Looking to get an alignment this week, probable "euro-spec" that all the racing/competition forum guys talk about. Who knows of a good shop in MA or southern NH that can do it? I've brought my car to Honda and they told me they can't, and I tried calling Kaizen and they sounded less than enthused to help me out, even at the price of $150.

Its not cheap and you may have trouble getting an apointment in such short notice but give Flatout motorsports in bellingham a call, me and another member got ours done there and couldn't be happier. They charge by the hour and will corner balance as well.

Its worth a call to Turner who is in your backyard before driving across all of NE for an alignment.

I've used Lester at Apex Automotive Engineering before (not for the S2000) and Fastrack in Peabody. Both are very good shops.

Kaizen did a fine job on my car, I'm surprised they didn't want to help you out. I see them at the track often and they're always helping people out. I have always regarded them as good guys. Who did you talk to?

Another option is to DIY. There are a few good videos on youtube that walk you through how to do an alignment in your garage with basic tools.

Have you tried this? I would be interested in a link to see if it is something worth giving a shot.
The last place I went to gave me less camber in the rear than I asked for(and less than I arrived with). I think that they were worried about inner tire wear even though I told them it was a track car and I get the wear opposite (outer edges) to what they were worried about. I guess that is what happens when you can't stay there during the job.

Yes, I do my own alignments. Its been at least 5 years since I paid someone to do an alignment on one of my track cars. Not worth it. I do it and I know its right.

I will give it a search when I return from WGI. My internet has been down yesterday and today.
Are you a racing/TT competitor. I have been going to NE tracks(NHMS/WGI,LCMT/LRP) now for 4-5 years for DE days and have not run in to you. I have seen the build thread that gets occasional updates.
Thanks, Paul

My brother and I time trial and instruct with COM (first event with them was back in '04 and we had been autocrossing for two years prior). We've also been racing Lemons for 3-4 years now. I was hoping to get to the NASA WGI event, but have too much on my plate at the moment. COM has an event a NHMS on the 13-14th and then theres Lemons on the 27-28th.
