I wish! Although, I would settle for just having a client at this point.

I'm working on some mailings and eventually I'd like to setup my own website. Plus, I should have a newspaper ad coming out soon. I really need to get my name out there.

I did have two leads on some buyers, but the first one didn't pan out. I have a pretty good shot at the second one, but I don't know how quickly that person wants to buy.

I realize things will be slow at first, but I would just like to get my feet wet already. My boss says things typically pick up after MLK day which is coming up soon.
