I hadn't seen this approach before.
My Dear,
Allow me the opportunity to introduce myself. I am Mrs Eunice Moyers. I am still on a bed rest in Harlem Hospital 506 Lenox Avenue New York , New York 10037 due to a very terrible illness. My case is different from what you see . I want you to come and see me at the hospital .
The illness is increasing day by day so I was flew to Arizona for proper care .
I just want to you help me distribute this funds as support from me accordingly to my instruction and also help children at Motherless baby home in your state then also help others who needs help. My doctor said i will die soon. The amount in my bank account is $2,800.000.00
Rightnow i am on the bed rest here at the hospital using my laptop to write you. Am hoping and asking for Gods healing , though the doctor said that i must be operated upon.
I also expect that the mutual trust which I have placed on you , will not be neglected , as it is the only way for us to successfully conclude this agreement .

So, is she in Harlem or Arizona?
I'll have to check on the "Motherless baby home" (Sometimes I feel like a motherless child) in my state to see if they accept donations.
If she's going to die soon, why is the doctor saying she "must be operated upon?"
For all that, she got the address of the hospital right.
