Default New Year's Eve

So who heads out for a bit of partying on New Year's Eve? We have a small gathering at a friend's house, but I wish we would have declined the invite. I'd rather stay home. I guess that's part of my ness showing.

I've found if you try to eat out, the restaurants are mobbed, and the food and the service leave a lot to be desired. So for the past few years we attend a house party somewhere and on the way home, feel the need to keep a watch for the on the road.

So what do you wild and young folks do? Maybe we should crash one of your parties.

We're running around to 2 or 3 house parties, then ending the night at a local watering hole, where a good friend will be bartending.

No plans, Lainey. We've done some stuff with the kids over the last few years, but nothing this year. A friend of Karen's is having a party, but she becomes intolerable when she drinks, so I think we'll just hang.

Enjoy your weekend, folks! And just as Jeff was intimating, don't booze it up until you're at home.

We're staying home. Planning on: watching the Three Stooges marathon and trying to stay up until midnight to watch the ball drop in TS.

I'll be doing the same thing. I remember before getting married we used to hit up the town in full force. We actually made huge events like up north sking, vegas, miami, cali, montreal but lately all my friends are getting married and doing the family/home thing . And to think I was one of the first to be married out of all my friends but it didn't stop me from partying, now they are all beat and don't want to do shiet.

Actually tomorrow night I am hosting a UFC night fight at the house. So it will be a warm up for new years night on Sunday!
