Register now, then when it's time for the meet, you only need worry about hotel and
money. You can even reserve your hotel room, and no $ is charged to your credit card at this time. There are often guys who don't bring a +1. Keep your costs down and share a room!
We will need to plan activities, and drive groups, so we need to know what folks are interested in.
The sooner you register, the sooner we know who wants to do what, the better we can plan to ensure you all have a good time!
