It would be nice if the hotel would allow us to add folks to the final number, (in case a few stragglers do want to register) but I know we can't subtract after today. We barely made banquet minimums.

Also if anyone has not reserved your room, today is the last day to do so at the guaranteed rate! The hotel contract allows them to release all non reserved rooms tomorrow!

Not unless you are the one making the reservations with the hotel facilities, etc and putting your credit card on the line.
