I think all the newbies don't realize how much fun this is. Hell the Karting is well worth the price of admission and you even get a dinner the night before and all sorts of activities during.

I might drink enough beer to try karaoke this time
Yeah, where were you? Those were after dinner in the same room. There was lots more fun that I didn't take photos of, in the bar area. Something to do with Slippery Nipples or Sex on the Beach? I think Legal Bill might remember. He seemed to be in the thick of it.

I think I left the dinner fairly early for NE06. I was so tired! I only had a few hours of sleep Friday night since we drove down from VT after work that night.

And I scraped the front bumper of my car in the parking lot at the hotel... I was so worried everyone was going to laugh at me for that Saturday that I stayed awake and worried until 3 am

Sad, I know But come on, are you really surprised to read that?

I'd only had my car 2 months at that point, I was VERY upset

I knew maybe 3 people from online at that point.

You know, im sure we all feel some type of fear meeting other owners but in reality piece of cake we all make new friends and have lifetime memories. The car is just the common denominator.
