Default Ordered Cabin Filter Element

I thought it was about time to change the Cabin Filter Element, so I ordered one through H&A. I hope it's not a pain. Looks pretty easy in the posts I found.

I also ordered the touch up paint pen, new blue floormats, Shin Etsu grease, and an Insight antenna mast.

Does anyone have tips on how to use the touch up pen?

Moses, I will be going to J&K auto around between 9am and 9:30am tomorrow morning. If you want help installing the filter, just show up. I will do it in two minutes

I would do it in one, but I won't be available.

Have fun. -- Charlie

I don't think I'll have it by then, but thanks for the offer! If I have difficulty doing it, I'll PM you but I don't anticipate much trouble doing so.

Getting more body work done? They've had some hot cars in there the last couple of weeks.

It's longer and skinnier. For $15.00, it's not going to break the bank.

I am also getting new S03's up front next week. I ordered them from Tirerack and having them installed at DirectTire in Watertown. I had a good deal from Town Tire where I got 10% off and free mouonting, but I would've had to drive 60 miles and in the end there was little price difference.

My car has 23K and it will be interesting to see how dirty the cabin filter is.

What's the reasoning for replacing these things? My car has 44k miles on it and I wouldn't be surprised if it still has the original one in there. Just filtering out pollen with the top up? It seems like I manage to get plenty of that in the car already just leaving the top down.

Allergies, and it's a dirty filter, and who wants to drive around with a dirty filter?
