Parking Tickets in Boston
I got three parking tickets in Boston (don't ask) over the weekend
Do I have to pay them? What can they do to me if I don't? I am a NJ resident.
It's not the money, as all three tickets are still cheaper than a single parking ticket in NYC. I'm just wondering...
Boston Recap: VERY clean city compared to NYC, but everything closes at 2 AM
Also, parking maids are very vigilant
, virtually no traffic, the T is very easy to use but only runs until 12:30 AM?!, good food in beacon hill, gypsy bar in boylston is HUGE and PACKED, brown people still run the taxis

As long as you don't come back w/ the same plate, or you could risk getting booted. The fees goes up exponentially if unpaid...
I'll just pay them
I don't know if it's worth your while, but you could always appeal them. They are usually pretty good at letting non-frequent violators get off. Chances are they will dismiss at least 1 out of the 3. After I moved out the city I only get ticket about once a year, and they dismiss it after I sent in my written appeal. I basically asked them to give a f'en break on leniency.

I got one today, and because my school doesnt have parkin and i drive in everyday i get them all the time. I HATE METER MAIDS. last year i got over 300$ so far i still got 4 unpaid ones that im goin to have to pay. They'll bop you if you keep feeding your meter or even if your running to your car and they are JUST about to write you the ticket they will still give it to you. but i suggest to appeal the ticket or pay for it...
