Hey guys, just had a question or (2) about this August. When I booked for the Nor-Easter I didn't book the hotel stay figuring I would just book it a couple of months in advance (like today) and it turns out that there are no avilable rooms left for those dates . So does this mean that I will be unable to attend the event or do I even have to stay at the BW Mystic, can I stay elsewhere?

What is ironic is I signed up for the event back in February! Am I SOL here?

For anyone else, the hotel will show totally booked if you look online. NES2KO has rooms blocked for our use only. Make your reservation by July 11. At that point rooms will be released.

 

Good reminder Cubby. We have to make sure everyone knows about the cut off date.

YEah, I didn't realize that the club had pre-booked a block of rooms so I freaked out thinking I waited too long to get mine. All is good now, let the countdown begin!
