Only the one tranny, and even though the truck is made in Canton Mississippi, the tranny is the one thing made in Japan and shipped over for installation. I have driven lots of high-end performance sedans and coupes with automatics, and have never driven one with such a fantastic tranny. The Titan gets a 5-speed manual shift auto. This bad boy rev matches when ya downshift, and when upshifting, it will bounce off the rev-limiter all day long, it will not upshift until you move the lever.

This is the 1st auto I have owned since my 1971 Dodge Dart Demon.

And honestly, if it came in a standard I would have choosen the auto because it makes towing so much easier.

If I recall I think I once got all the way up to 37 mph in 5th gear in my Hardbody once.

 

There is another option... When I rented I had problems with the snowplow guy leaving a huge pile in front of my truck, it was annoying to always get snow in my dress shoes on the way out to the truck but not difficult to drive through. I used to complain to the landlord all the time and he never did anything about it.

Well one day the snowplow guy left a huge pile in front of the garage door, and the landlord's car was inside the garage. I came out to work and he was pleading with me to help him shovel out. I smiled and declined, said I was late to work, but then dropped the zinger. I have told you over and over this guy needs a talking to, I'm assuming now you will?
