i just get madder and madder - i think we'll have a nice talk after i consume 4 whiskeys this weekend.. wtf???!!!

Kick em to the curb Steve! Nobody lives for free.

My neighbor rents out to one roommate and they have a guy who just got divorced and is good friends who is over there just about 24/7 if he is not at work.

Although he mows the lawn, buys food, cleans the pool, and snowblows the driveway so he pulls some pretty good weight.
