Regional COs?
i'm just gonna copy and paste what i posted in the other topic
i'm too lazy to retype haha
i would like to be a CO for CT area if that would work at all i could care less about posting privelages (sp?) and board names, but i would donate the 20 dollars to become a member
it would be nice to have local events that way i don't gotta rack up miles n' spend hours driving back and forth
i'm into the last minute meets and would be able to gather up our local numbers and msg them for these kinds of meets
don't get me wrong though, i enjoy driving distances to meet new faces and our board members
as for the PACO job, i seem to be on most of the time
either way, Ellen will/would make a good CO!
i thought she was a CO or Mod on the forums already

Puff you bring up a interesting point...however there is no CT CO....however
rotecting groin: the formal club NES2KO does have a regional coodinator which is Paivag at the moment and we do collect dues alhtough we have not made a dues drive for some time.
There may be some more info about this coming out or PM me for details.

with Cubby. The region has never been such that we have CO assigned to specific areas.Since I've been around (about 4 years), folk who wish to plan a meet, simply plan a meet. You don't need CO powers to do that. You start a thread, edit the thread and go for it.
We have a pretty active group in CT

from what i've been reading, the CO status eventually turned into PACO status, which seems like what we're all voting for
someone to take on the PACO job

Not quite. This is just a strange turn of events, not unusual in New England.
If anyone out there feels some overwhelming need for a title, I'd bet you could get one somewhere on the internet.
