Well, I was 100% set on the ASA AR1's brand new from tire rack. But, I am still toying with the idea of powdercoating the AP1 wheels. Probably will be the ASA wheels though.

The offsets on the Ar1 suck....and you could always powercoat the Shuks......you are looking at at least $1000 to get into the ASAs.

Yeah, the AR1's are just under $1300 shipped with tires mounted. Not too bad considering the cost of getting the AP1s set up:

Powdercoating $125 x 4 = $500
New S02s all 4 corners = $700
Total= $1200

I took mine out yesterday with the top down. Took an hour and a half round trip to the honda dealer for some oil filters.. the dealership is 12 minutes away I forgot how loud my car is at WOT in vtec with the top down! Just had to avoid the occational puddle.. didn't get any spray. I saw a yellow 350z roadster being taken out on a test drive with the top down.. that was the only other vert I saw enjoying the day.
