Hey the poor thing just lost her life's savings in the stock market. She's just trying to earn a few bucks.

It is much cheaper. We order from Canada for any of our scripts that are needed on a more permanent basis. Never mind a cheap co-pay, they actually pay us $25 for every new script we order from Canada. Things like anti-biotics though we get at Walmart.
CANADA??? damn them and their national health care! you should be supporting the US pharma companies and paying outrageous prices for your prescriptions!

I've done the Canadian thing on a couple scripts. Generally, it's cheaper for me to mail away though the insurance company if the drug is covered.

No one is offering me $ to send to Canada for meds.

I guess the city saves so much by getting the meds from Canada than from here, that they still save money even after offering a reward for signing up. Must be a huge price difference.

It can be. Some asthma meds are way cheaper in Canada, but still not as cheap as it is to purchase though my insurance, mail away, and pay a copay pay for two months and get three month supply.

I heard some municipalities were doing what your FRPD is doing. Funny how for a while, buying prescription drugs from Canada was illegal, and at times the shipments never made it into the US. Guess those days are gone.

The guy in charge gave a presentation at a union meeting once. I guess there is a loophole in federal law that allows importing meds somehow.

No, the drugs still come from america from what I understand. They just aren't allowed to charge as much for them in Canada

Maybe Obama can make it happen here. Give him a call for me, would ya?
