1.)It asks for the title # but my title is at the bank being held.
2.)Where do i find the FID#

 

1) call the bank

2) FID - it says if the car is leased then fill out that section - your car is not leased - FID number is a company's Federal Identification number - think of it like your SS# but used for companies

 

Why are you filling out the RMV1 form and not your insurance agent?

its not the 1 form its the rmv-3 form
