Hi Guys,
Im thinking of going to Cape Cod in the month of June with my S2K and girlfriend.

I have a few questions for you guys...

First, we are thinking camping or cottages... Any place to recommend?

Also, if you guys were showing the area -- What do you recommend visiting?

I always thought Rock Harbor in Orleans was cool. It's a harbor with trees planted in the ground for markers. If you go 1-2 hours before or after low-tide you can walk for what feels like a mile towards the ocean in water that wont go above your knees. It's kind of weird. Parking is free.

 

Plenty of folks here that live in that area. I'm sure you'll get lots
of recommendations! Unfortunately I'm not among them.

Depends what you are looking to do...

Cape Cod National Seashore

Camping at Scusset Beach

I'm not sure the camping here isn't much more than in a parking lot.....you are not supposed to consume alcohol here.........bring paper cups

Lots of small towns to visit....

Thanks for all the replys guys and gals. We will propably be getting a hotel room or rent bill's house (ha.ha.) for the weekend. That way we can save a lot on luggage (don't have to bring camping stuff in the s2k).

We will deffinatly be checking out the tides at rock harbor. Anything else to check out? I heard there's a really nice project with mansions in cape cod? Any nice roads to cruise along?
