I have the jonez to buy a scooter...dont know why. they look like fun and would be cool for zipping around town.
Some of you have seen me. Im a big guy. Would I look stupid on one?


They are cheap, like $1500.
Segways are the same kind of thing.....sort of....
I rode one and did not really care for it. I like the scooter but dont care for motorcycles.

what do you guys think?

 

Scooter is great for zipping around town.

It does have this general negative perception that it is a wimpy motocycle. I don't think you'd looked stupid on it...although you look like you belong more on a Harley.

That said, it does seem scooter is making a comeback in the metro scene. Go for it! Be one of the trend setters.

Brings me back to my hoging days in college

 

I'll spare you the details about how my brother almost got killed on a Vespa. He spent three years in the army in the 101st airborne jumping out of planes and then got run over on his Vespa about 2 miles from our house the first month he was out.

It is very hard for some motorists to see these on the road. Scooter drivers often take chances, thinking the cars will watch out for them. Please be careful.....Honda makes a nice one!
