While having breakfast in PA Rick almost ordered scrapple, thinking it was like a corned beef hash! Thankfully, he did not, and when I told him what I thought was in it, it was

I was pretty accurate in what I thought was in the stuff.

[B][I]But what parts of the hog go into the creation of scrapple? After the ham, bacon, chops and other cuts of meat are taken from the butchered pig

Scrapple is something they all ate and wondered why their cholesterol was 325...

Scrapple also has some corn meal......right next to sausage gravy and chicken fried steak.. A triumvirate* of meat lovin's!!!!

Recovery is going OK... I wont really know how well it works until I am recovered enough to start some activity. Cold wet days suck tho.... Its almost as if I can feel the screws drilled into my back. owie
