Small Tech Day
I am thinking to call Tom to have a small tech day...!! I need his professional experience with clutch/pressure plate/flywheel installation. However, it will take a while to have it all done..!! so, I am wondering who wants to go with me.. and maybe have few cars to do oil change..!! I haven't call Tom yet.... but I will soon..

This is not an easy project.... I would highly recommend getting it done by someone that has done it before.
This is one thing I would not cheap out on.

However, I heard that Tom has the experience with it..!! that is why..!! however... we will see what Tom will say, if he doesn't want to do it..!! then, I will let someone do it..!!

j/k I am just trying to get my butt kicked !!
derrick,
I have not changed a clutch in an S2000 but my guess is that is not a real complicated procedure as this car has a hydraulic clutch and a pretty generous tunnel so it should come right out. Whoever does the work is going to need a clutch alignment tool. It is not however a 1 hour procedure so Glenn is right, you are probably going to have to pay somebody so you may want to have a full time shop or the dealer do the work. If you like I would be willing to contact the local dealer and see if one of their mechanics is willing to come over to my shop and do the work in front of a small group paid through the dealer.
Why you are changing the flywheel? Is this a complete non-factory install or have you munched your factory setup?

Anybody know of a way to check the differential to see if its going bad? I am worried about it.
I am up for doing this............actually I would also love to change my brakes!!!!(fronts and possibly backs)
How much can we get done in one day up there?
I will buy a couple rounds for those who help and know what they are doing.
