Actually looks like a cheap nicotene hit.....

You even get to pick flavor and Nicotene density.....what will they think of next?

which it should be by the way, since it is a drug delivery system.

The arguement is that this product is a device and the rules are much different then if the FDA declared it a drug. How do you think big tobacco would react if the FDA did say it was a drug?? It will be interesting how this plays out.

They could however tax the crap out of the cartriges....
