Right after I mow the weeds in my yard, it looks kinda like lawn.

 

if you let enough weeds grow, the whole thing will be green

 

I think mine looks the best it has following a winter in the 18 years I've been here.

Lawn, whats that? I have a snow field its all yucky white as its getting dirty. Ask me in about a month I figure the snow will melt just about than.


JT, throw down that seed now it will soak up moisture and be ready to germinate when the temps come up.

you guys have grass? i still got 8 inches of snow/ice on my yard!

 

 

My soil is packed like concrete, the grass is compact as well. I think I need to rent a dethatcher this year.

 

What's not still covered with snow is moss and sand.
