Default So it's been almost six months

So I'm thinking that work is for the birds and I'm thinking about leaving and persuing something else. After taking the summer off obviously! Ever been in a position at work where you are sooo mad you don't even feel like being nice to anyone.

Work in the mortgage industry. I feel that way at least 1 time a week.

I'm just sooo sick of companies saying one thing and doing the opposite. Or making promises they don't follow through on. And working for managers that don't know how to manage. It's just tiring!

Remember, its just a job (unless you own the company). I keep reminding myself and my staff that the frustration is part of the job and keep that in mind. If it gets too bad then its time to leave.
By just a job I mean that if something happens to you, it will still be there and continue without you.
So try to keep it in perspective and remember that we work so we can earn money to live and enjoy life.

I 100% feel your pain. Now that I'm in a job where I make 99% of all the decisions and answer only to myself, I'm completely happy.
