Some jerk (prob one of those little VW Fockers) stole my Antenna last night in the mall parking lot.

 

sorry to hear it Luke good news is it was just your antenna ~ they are about 15 bucks from hardtop guy

 

Luke sorry to hear about that. I hate leaving my car in a parking lot. Not for antenna loss but hit and runs. You are lucky that this will only set you back $15 although its still a PITA!!!

 

I put some lock tight on the threads of mine..........just glad nobody has really TRIED to get it off as it would just BREAK! Though my thoughts are if it doesn't come off easily they will just keep going.

 

Yeah, I'm not worried about the $15, it just the principal that I have to go buy one to replace the one that is now on someones jetta or GTI. Congrats your car now looks more like a remote controlled car. Jerks.

 

I keep a spare antenna in my trunk. When I've placed orders with Hardtopguy or HandA in the past, I've had them throw an antenna in. I've come to the realization that eventually it will be stolen. Plus it comes in handy when others have theirs stolen.

Yeah i'm gonna get 2 from HTguy, but i might as well get something else, to save on shipping. Prob thinking about a comptech blower woooooooooo!
