By the way... The PC is easy to use. Go for it!! Watch a few online videos like this one:

Did mine yesterday and the car looks sweet. How bad are the swirls on you car? If they arent too bad, I wouldn't start with a heavy polish and the most abrasive pad. Check out the wash and wax forum for some good how toos and all the advice you need.

I think I could use a good swirl removal. I really need to go the whole 9 yards starting with claying the car. Ive never done more than a typical wax on any car. Getting the PC was my 1st step towards getting more anal about my car. I was hoping to get some advice at an upcoming meet where I can get someone to look at my S and give some pointers. It may be really bad swirl wise or just so so... I think its kinda bad, but Im clueless.

Anyway weather permitting, maybe I will see you Sat. Are you planning on driving out in the slop?

I am hoping it passes with out much accumulation. If it turns out to be too bad to bring the S out in, we will have to reschedule with Cub since I need the car there to put the springs on. I really hope to get it done this weekedn though becasue I need to let the springs settle for a few weeks before putting the new wheels on and getting an alignment. Keeping fingers crossed....

Cool

Robins Top are good aftermarket tops I have mine done with the canvas material and let me tell you it's much lighter and classy look then the oem version. Glad that I choose canvas top vs. oem top

I had a shop in Lawrence MA. call Custom Auto Seat Cover did it for me and they charge me $400 the cheapest you would ever come across and a very good quality installer they replace alot of tops on other convertible cars. If you have any other questions feel free to ask..Here are some pictures of my top that was done last yr..
