should i wear a suit or no suit next week

and what about if there is a second interview??

Suit.....always. If you get hired, you can always ask about dress policy after you get hired......it would suck to miss an oppourtunity over a tie, but I'm sure it happens.

Yep, even if it's a very casual workplace, suit and tie for all interviews.

Also save the pole dancing for the Christmas party they tend to frown upon that
