I just missed the Hootie and the Blowfish concert

I am hoping they come back soon. I saw them at a USO concert in the UAE and they were really good.

I saw The Ventures on 6/12
Herman's Hermits on 6/19

Coming Sister Sledge 7/16
WAR 7/31

Don't know if this counts but the NYC Ballet on 7/9 and the Philadelphia Orchestra's tribute to Tchaikovsky on 8/16

Just saw Dave Matthews Band a couple weeks ago. I don't usually go to concerts, though. I typically don't think they're worth the $$ it costs. I don't consider myself a cheap person, but I'm always amazed how much people are willing to spend to see a show. We got free tickets earlier this year to see Bon Jovi at Mohegan Sun (I posted on that). It was a good show, but the face value of the tickets was over $400 for the pair. No freakin' way was that worth that much.

OK, everyone knows I'm + more, so I'll tell you that the last concert I went to was Three Dog Night I was about 15 and the smell of in the air me.

It was the first and last concert for me. Concerts have never been on our "to do" list. Way too pricey to deal with possibly lousy seats, people obstructing your view of the performers who are probably so far away you can hardly see them, then of course there's always the traffic hassle of anywhere you go that is hosting a big name performer. Nope, not for us.
