tattoos are really cool. I think they do a great job in reminding me of different times in my life and can "bring me back" to when I was in different places.

The Navy tattoo always reminds me of the red-light district in San Fran. The strip clubs and live sex shows were GREAT

The Jesus tattoo is great because beyond the religious meaning, it reminds me of walking around in Rome, looking for a tattoo parlor and trying to explain to the artist what I wanted done. I spoke no Italian and he spoke no English.

The dog tattoo will be significant to me as I have always wanted to be a handler and I would like to remember these times.

Now I am really thinking about that battleship tat on my chest!!!

I agree Jeff, tasteful tats done right are great

Its the sports team logos and woman's names all over your body that drive me nuts!

I knew an older guy who had the names of all four of his wives tattooed on his body. He told me that after he did the first one, each succeeding wife became jealous that their name was not there like the wife before....

Yeah, my wife has the "tramp stamp" as I like to call it on the small of her back too. It's butterflies or something with flowers and girlie stuff.
