Why do you think the Honda fluid is "better" or "stiffer" compared to Blue Racing fluid? Reason I ask is I have Blue Racing fluid in my S and its very strong. I'm just curious.

Thanks

The fluid was about a year old, as old as the stuff in the car. The 1/3 can was stored in a box in my closet, tightly capped. I noticed an immediate difference when I first put the Blue stuff in compared to stock...I thought something was wrong with my brakes, but I got used to the extra mushiness.

I took a spin to HMS this morning, but they're out of Gold. Supposedly another shipment is coming in sometime this week (yeah, I've heard THAT one from them time and time again on other items), so I'll call back next week.

The Honda brake fluid seems to be less compressable compared to the ATE Superblue. This has been true in 4-5 different Hondas that I have tried this on. Others have noticed it too...

This happens from brand new bottles.

I have a Motive Brake Bleeder which is a presurrized tank that you hook up to the master cylinder and forces the brake fluid out instead of manually pumping the brakes. Let me know when the next tech day and I can bring it.
