Governor Deval Patrick did a very good job applying for disaster status and President Obama nicely declared seven counties in Massachusetts disaster areas. This should free up some federal funding for road, bridge and dam repairs. I know that the money they send is not real money, but people still take it so that is just as good.

I would also like to give some props to the President for allowing more oil drilling off of our shores. It's about time we do more to provide for ourselves!!! I guess he felt like throwing us kooky conservatives a small bone after killing us with that health BS.
