(with Bill's post not quoted)I see where you are coming from, but I don't see how your position as CO, or even cthree's position as the owner of the site, could lead to responsibility for the actions of others at a meet you did not personally organize nor attend.
Maybe it's just me but it seems some people have taken this "resposibility" thing way overboard. It would be like trying to sue the owner of the Patriots for something that happend to you on the way to/from one of the Pats home games you had tickets to.
