Mentioned over in Vintage I don't care for reality shows, but his one caught my eye and I watched.
Not bad, though out of all the employees in the company, he zeroed in on those with issues....how'd that happen?
It would be good if the female drivers no longer need to use a pee can.....
Loved the trash pick up guy who fired him, and later on told him "you clean up good."

i would guess that he had a good idea of who he should visit but they didn't know..
great idea for a show maybe people can trust CEOs again and in reality most are decent but a few suck

I saw clips of this on Oprah the other day. Unless this was all done in re-enactments, how did the employess not figure something was up with at least one camera/sound guy following the newbie around all day? It's not like he had some grainy hidden in his glasses camera.
