Default A Verizon iPhone?

Many signs and rumors show that time for AT&T exclusivity is over for the iphone. We will see after the press conference at 1pm today where apple is purported to unveil its new tablet and possibly a deal with Verizon to carry the iPhone.
Besides the many many possible customers that Apple could have if they allow the new carrier, Verizon has really helped the debate with their string of latest advertising flaunting At&t's wonderful nationwide 3G coverage

Would the iphone users switch to Verizon if this happened? Would the Verizon faithful purchase an iphone if it were available?

I'm all about Verizon, but my BlackBerry beats the shit out of the iPhone for my types of usage.

I wouldn't change. Love Verizon and their service. My crackberry rocks - plenty of apps, Blackberry messenger, and I can send and receive pictures with no problem.

Doubt that announcement will come today but who knows. It's all abotu the tablet and the release of iphone 4.0 software. I am hoping they do give the iphone to vzw.

I will not be changing from att ever because the service is so superior where I am with att as far as signal strength and data rate. I just hope that they open the door to competition that will allow for lower prices in the future.

I hear the rumor is that the new iphone iteration this spring will have the ability to do video chatting with other iphones. Great for phone sex!!!

Anyone install the backgrounder hack into cydia? I can't believe I waited so long to do it. Now I can multitask and switch between programs with my iphone. Thisthing is just about perfect now!
