So I get in the truck for a ride to the dump. On the way, I go through a school zone and the light is flashing for the 20mph zone. I slow from 35 to 25 (still 5 over). There is no one behind me at this point.

All of a sudden, while I am in the 20 zone, doing 25, a silver Audi shows up behind me FAST. It had to be going at least 40 to catch up to me that quick and plants itself so close to my rear bumper that I cannot see the front end of the car in my mirrors. All this in front of an elementary school

So, now we get out of the 20 zone and the limit is back to 30. Again, I do 5 over and am going 35. Now the car is weaving through it's lane, aparantly to signal disatisfaction with my speed. Of course I take the cue and slow it down to about 29mph as I just don't feel it's safe with the car that close to my rear bumper. Safety is #1

When we get to the light, the Audi goes to the right and I was expecting some young punk driving, but it was some old bag of a woman who looks over and gives us a dirty look. She then boots it when the light is still red (must have been watching the other signal to try to get the jump) and takes off like a bat out of hell.

I estimated she was doing about 75 when she passed the cruiser and got pulled over...



As I drove by I gave a freindly toot of the horn and waved. Her face looked even uglier at this point. I laughed all the way to the dump

I wanted to flash her my butt. I don;t think that would have turned out good though

I love these stories. Too many times do I see BS like that and nothing happens. A stop sign by my place is regularly run - I'd love to see a cruiser sitting ... waiting....
